Construction Project Management of an elevator modernization project at the Hatfield Federal Courthouse.   This project was a joint venture with Studio Petretti.

Code Analysis for a change of occupancy and use from a commercial building to a school in a multifamily residential zone.

Design of renovations to renovate the existing buildings to school uses.

An amazing collaboration between DS+R and Bora Architects.  The project is an inventive modern building placed into a historic campus.  

Using materials that align with the historic fabric of its surroundings, the building is unapologetically modern.  

A learning arm intertwines with a making arm, to envelope a vertical oculus throughout the space.
